Refund Policy for Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, Data Card Recharge, and Bill Payment Services- At ERUPAIYA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the process for refund requests in case of failed transactions for mobile recharge, DTH recharge, data card recharge, and bill payment services. Refunds will only be provided for failed transactions and not for successful transactions. 1. Failed Transactions A transaction is considered failed if the recharge or bill payment amount is deducted from your account but the requested service is not successfully processed due to technical issues or service provider errors. 2. Eligibility for Refund You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions: The transaction status shows as “failed” but the amount was deducted from your account. The recharge or bill payment was not credited to the respective account due to technical errors. The service provider has confirmed that the transaction was not successful. 3. Refund Process Once a failed transaction is reported, our team will verify the transaction status. Upon verification, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., credit/debit card, bank account, or wallet). 4. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please follow these steps: Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 48 hours of the transaction failure. Provide the following details for faster processing: Transaction ID or Order ID Date and time of the transaction Amount deducted Payment method used 5. Important Notes No refunds will be processed for successful transactions, even if the service was not used or incorrectly recharged. Refunds are only applicable for failed transactions where the service was not delivered and the amount was deducted. In case the service was credited after the transaction was initially marked as failed, no refund will be provided. We are committed to resolving refund requests in a timely manner.
